Because i feel as of im targeted more than others and that im given the short hand of hours while others who work less harder than me get more

Just to have a manager who can treat you like a human being
State law requires Covid pay but the top Brass for Food 4 less gave themselves raises and none for us but $ .10/hr while we take the risks they get the rewards
I feel undervalued because I was able to do everything the managers could do such as drive forklift, make orders, drop the store, do inventory check, assist our team if they got Injured, work just as hard as my managers but yet never got a raise. I made 15.50 which is same as a new team member.
I feel very expendable, but realistically, I am.
