We need teamwork and managers need to come down and help us when there’s is really really busy

I feel I am being treated like an outsider and not part if the family. I feel that food 4 less has a problem with Kroger taking over. And it is starting to show in the management and employees. Thiss issue needs to be seriously addressed.

the managers need proper training on how to address and motivate their employees. Most of them are very condescending and are not professional.

As mentioned before, vertical movement within the company could get employees to invest themselves into their work.

They could stop following policy for the sake of passed down policy and establish methods that cater to the needs of the company now and not whenever it was established.
