The freedom to work with my customers and co workers without the co workers making assumptions about me. I was not given a chance at this location. I could bring so much to food lion and there would never be overflowing trash again!

store have grown state and outdated since their remodel workl.
The management team needs to learn to listen during interviews when they are told that the person applying has medical isssues
Training management the proper way. Having enough knowlege when it comes to the company, treat everyone equally. With respect.
Making sure the truck is right going through the store and making sure you have something before you cancel it out to zero things like that when you switch the shelves up nobody in the company tells us so we get to hang of that and then it just switches up and slows us down

My hours were cut unfairly she's not saying anything about what is wrong she's accusing me without watching me work
Communication!!! Department meetings, employee surveys in store so issues can be known and hopefully explained without employees left feeling ignored and unappreciated

Better management at the upper store level. Management that isn't biased toward friends and family or previous over the top workers. The Store manager doesn't want to work with you on any store discrepancies unless you are the best employee or is friends.

The store I work at is so old and run down and they only care about health and safety when they know someone is coming to check.
Costly and they needed to hire mature people. Compensation pay needs to be higher, not be about greed
