I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day

Staying out people outside business. I dont care who pregnant or who sleeping with who.

Coworkers should be team players and work together to get things accomplished.

Nail the basics daily, follow sequence of events

At least meet once per week. I've never seen a team meeting, even after working here for 7 months

Get a deli manager with a honest bone...keep up with her side of the street dont delegate their responsibilities . Knowledge with quality.

at the time I was hired, the manager was a a very caring, know his store and his employees and what he needed

The person who interviewed me used the same script that everybody else has used with me in the past 10 years and honestly, it would've been nice to have other questions asked instead of the usual where do you see yourself in five years or what makes you wanna work for FoodLion.

store have grown state and outdated since their remodel workl.

The management team needs to learn to listen during interviews when they are told that the person applying has medical isssues

Training management the proper way. Having enough knowlege when it comes to the company, treat everyone equally. With respect.

Making sure the truck is right going through the store and making sure you have something before you cancel it out to zero things like that when you switch the shelves up nobody in the company tells us so we get to hang of that and then it just switches up and slows us down

Bad customer service as well as bad employee/employer relations
