I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day

Training management the proper way. Having enough knowlege when it comes to the company, treat everyone equally. With respect.
Making sure the truck is right going through the store and making sure you have something before you cancel it out to zero things like that when you switch the shelves up nobody in the company tells us so we get to hang of that and then it just switches up and slows us down
