Customers are normally nice as well as coworkers. The environment was fine but I didn't fit in to that environment

Managers need to actively engage their employees. Really focus in on what their employees need and put their needs as people above the job getting done.
Fair work environment and better management
Fresh, new management or at least give them a new attitude about their employees.
Need managers that care more about the employees and not crunching numbers. Neec managers that trust the employees and stop micromanaging them.
1st, I need to see in my checks what I was promised upon starting. 2nd, we need team meetings, it’s a MUST, and maybe shifts instead of having people come in at random hours, that way group meetings can be had without having to pull anyone off a register and the store can still operate as usua

Hold management to upholding an environment that makes everyone working there feel like they have an impact on what goes on every day, rather than insist on a superiority, and expect that those under management are there solely to do the hard work and serve the managers' random unnecessary requests
People need to be accounted for and do what their supposed to do
Be nice if my manager would stop luring us with responses like "I'll be here! (Unfortunately)" when we say "See you in the morning!", And even better if they would tell corporate to shove it on some little things that mean nothing.
