Everyone works together and helps each other without being asked

Family, helping each other, cooperation, empathy
I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day
There polite and nice to each other
team work and dedication to their work and pride in their work.
I worked with some of the nicest people that were willing to teach me, however some of the management are not so helpful

Most of my coworkers have a great personalities, which makes it easy to work with them and get along to a certain extent.
Funny and easy to get a long with!
The few still willing to work will work as a team to get the job done.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Staying out people outside business. I dont care who pregnant or who sleeping with who.
Coworkers should be team players and work together to get things accomplished.
Nail the basics daily, follow sequence of events
At least meet once per week. I've never seen a team meeting, even after working here for 7 months
They could stop gossiping behind others back
Communicate, support, function as a team. Actively listen, spend time with your people. Say thank you.
Work as a team and not individually
They can't improve, Foodlion hires anybody with a heartbeat as part time "help" then gives them 12-16 hours a week with a false promise of full-time status one day. Most quit within a year
Listen to the manager then do better
No issues with coworkers only managers
Workers are good. Management is not

No one ever shows up because they're miserable
Get out from under their leadership
Talk about how to improve. Work together to get things done. Not talk about each other behind one another's backs.
We don't have any company meetings.
Speak up without being afraid of loosing their job because everyone hours are constantly cut
They walk around talking on their phones 5 minute bathroom breaks every 5 minutes including the shift manager she walks around eating and talking on her phone like everybody else does and hollering at people you need to replace her

Better communication and take the job more seriously. Dont let the title go to your head.
Doing the daily duties we are expected to do. It goes back to having positive attitude and the moral of the people.
Do their job, stay off their phones.
