I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day

Nail the basics daily, follow sequence of events
At least meet once per week. I've never seen a team meeting, even after working here for 7 months

Work as a team and not individually
They can't improve, Foodlion hires anybody with a heartbeat as part time "help" then gives them 12-16 hours a week with a false promise of full-time status one day. Most quit within a year
Listen to the manager then do better
No issues with coworkers only managers

No one ever shows up because they're miserable
Get out from under their leadership
Talk about how to improve. Work together to get things done. Not talk about each other behind one another's backs.
We don't have any company meetings.
Speak up without being afraid of loosing their job because everyone hours are constantly cut
They walk around talking on their phones 5 minute bathroom breaks every 5 minutes including the shift manager she walks around eating and talking on her phone like everybody else does and hollering at people you need to replace her

Better communication and take the job more seriously. Dont let the title go to your head.
Doing the daily duties we are expected to do. It goes back to having positive attitude and the moral of the people.
