Working together, helping one another
Literally everything. They play favorites and those people get away with being lazy while the people who actually do the job well are pulled to the office and told they are only decent and not given an opportunity to explain anything. It's all one sided and a joke of a company.
Math. 400 piece truck at 35 cases per hr plus Milk and eggs, done in 8 hours is impossible

Managing time, quit over over scheduling by like 20 hours on one day and one department for no reason. Also try to show your employees empathy and understand where they're coming from.
