My new manager in the deli knows how to do her job and not afriad to correct people. My store manager listens very good and he can do his job to.

Communication, hands on experience rather than virtual training and working advanced technology.

Listening to employee concerns and problems

Attitude and respect towards employees

Treating employees with respect and consideration.

Training and being understanding of different situations.

Providing credit where it's due and to work on ways to foster a sense of teamwork

Need better leadership from the front of the store that cares , instead of someone here for "power" and a paycheck

Actually making sure their workers feel safe and heard. My manager has the attitude of a teenager and makes rude comments every time she has the opportunity

Working together, helping one another

Literally everything. They play favorites and those people get away with being lazy while the people who actually do the job well are pulled to the office and told they are only decent and not given an opportunity to explain anything. It's all one sided and a joke of a company.

Math. 400 piece truck at 35 cases per hr plus Milk and eggs, done in 8 hours is impossible

Managing time, quit over over scheduling by like 20 hours on one day and one department for no reason. Also try to show your employees empathy and understand where they're coming from.
