To-go shoppers currently take orders from two platforms. Instacart and Spectrum. It is quite difficult for a single employee to satisfy the numbers that are expected and Instacart constantly interrupts Spectrum orders being shopped. It would be better if we had one platform, or more time to shop.

Nail the basics daily, follow sequence of events
At least meet once per week. I've never seen a team meeting, even after working here for 7 months

Making sure the truck is right going through the store and making sure you have something before you cancel it out to zero things like that when you switch the shelves up nobody in the company tells us so we get to hang of that and then it just switches up and slows us down
