Most of the to-go team works together. Our lead does not. Always takes least amount of work on herself. Leaves hours early. Doesn't work holidays or weekends (busiest times) but is full-time. Meanwhile, everyone else carries the to-go service and she gets the praise. It feels wrong - considering all

I'm not saying all, but a few of them bring joy and a lot of them can hold a conversation which in my opinion is key to moving throughout the day

My co-workers. They are genuinely the biggest reason I stay at my job. I like my boss very much, though. I have not been able to move up. I have watched my co-workers do so, yet I am stuck under a lead that gives the least effort and I don't understand it.
