The pay is good for what you're doing but the management in the housekeeping department is lacking. The point system is complete bullshite, if you miss a day you get a point (even if you were sick and have a dr note). You can't take time off without being made to take PTO or you get another point.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The majority of my team (housekeeping) are great, they do their jobs and don't try to get you in trouble.

The interview process was easy and very laid back. Very unlike how it is when you actually start working there
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the complaints of the people working below them and actually do something about it. Stop hiring friends that don't do any work and are only there to get the workers that actually do their jobs in trouble.
