Foot Locker Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

React to needs of store and customer

They seem like a good team.

Straight Forward but not too compulsive. We meet our goals together and the guidance is unparalleled.

Everyone is always helpful with eschother

Well, while also currently being in a postion of being a leader for my team its been awesome. Out management team is very hard working, focused while also being understanding of the feelow team members. Their very easy to talk to & they dont treat anyone as if their below them because of a position.

They lead with motivation always

They listen and help out with problems

They were pretty nice for the most part some were very lazy though

We were a close-knit team. Group labour is fundamental to make the shop and the work go well

Review from Sales Dept

They steer me in the right direction, and i know that everything that most people have complaints about as a worker, they cannot control.

Their ability to relate to me.

Their willingness to help with any obstacles we may encounter

They care about work life balance and quality of life

Consistency Honesty Hardworking Accuracy Team

The passion and communication. They work hard to help us out as the middle person between stores and corporate office.

They can afford difficult situations

Resilient, Strong, Thought giving, Kind,

I like how they stay organized in designating shifts and have great personalities that makes them easy to interact with

Review from Sales Dept

We all know each other out of work so it really makes it better.

I thing great wonderful leadership

Review from Sales Dept

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to make every member feel appreciated and recognize work ethic Instead of picking favorites

Leading by example You cant be a leader with no integrity

Communication. Honesty. Professionalism. Consideration. Fairnes

Listening to the complaints of the people working below them and actually do something about it. Stop hiring friends that don't do any work and are only there to get the workers that actually do their jobs in trouble.

Pay is the main reason

They need to be more serious, and talk but more important listen to the co-workers, to make sure you keep the team motivated (and make the co-workers keep eachother motivated)

Adjusting to change. And having clear priorities. Your team is not your enemy.

Review from Product Dept

We need better communication on the floor and more open communication between the corporate and the staff. Incentives drive the greedy, I prefer the education that comes from the analytics.

Review from Sales Dept

The leadership team needs to first learn and then adhere to integrity, and accept different styles into the culture.

They need to give discounts to us and a break room

Review from Sales Dept

Not get powerhungry and give a bit of leeway on sick employees
