The Community is a good area to be on.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Communication. Work life balance is needed
They need to take care of good ventilation, an elevator for shoes and one to get customers upstairs (we have kids and ladies upstairs) so pregnant women and people in an wheelchair cant get upstairs. Or we have to help people carry a buggy upstairs, lots of extra energy
Better pay better management above stores and also dont go by looks
