What are some of the best things about your team?

So many of the people you work with are driven, ambitious, and incredibly perceptive and intelligent! They're also really kind and go out of their way to help you.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The workload is massive, and if you ask for a promotion or raise, they drag their feet for months just to tell you there's "no room in the budget." They should look at the current market and adjust salaries to match. Also, give real raises not just 1-3% merit increases that are below inflation.
