the managers hide sneakers and we end up having to pay full price for retros we should be able to get our discount on, people are fun and cool but have attitude problems (including the managers...)

being able to know im getting paid to hand people shoes on a good day
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they took away the only reason why we liked to sell... for the commission, then get mad when we arent going as fast while were still getting paid minimum wage and the managers get to stand and look pretty
