It started out cool, but after transitioning to full time ive realized all the stuff that the company does to maximise their profits. For example, getting rid of commission. This company knows that they can take advantage of kids who want to work with shoes, so they provide horrible benefits.

That we all have interest in common, and its easy to interact with your peers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They steer me in the right direction, and i know that everything that most people have complaints about as a worker, they cannot control.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There should be rewards for staying with the company. Theres no reason why a part timer who has been there for years and can do everything should be paid as much as someone whos working their first day and don't know what theyre doing. Also making your employees feel appreciated.
