Foot Locker is very team-driven. I would consider that the most positive aspect of the company culture.
The employee discount is really good, although you have to keep track of your usage- they do fire for going over the monthly limit.
They don't throw curveballs at you during the interview- the questions are very easy and straightforward, plus they interview multiple applicants at a time which helps break the ice too.
