The leadership team needs to first learn and then adhere to integrity, and accept different styles into the culture.

The associates themselves - those not necessarily involved in the deeper business aspects - can be some of the most grateful, caring individuals in the world.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Too much Human Resources involvement, and not enough freedom in being yourself (not allowed to express yourself or speak out or else you're under investigation too, etc.).

What did you like most about the interview process?

Could be very intimidating at points, but that was a good way to test someone's mettle. Takes thick skin to work at a place like that and make it an enjoyable experience.
