
To be honest it is a mess, understaffed every single day
Replace whats broken, and fix what is now not available for customers, give bonus/discounts based on workflow
Didnt like or dislike anything, it was just an interview (where everything sounds nicer then it really is)
They need to be more serious, and talk but more important listen to the co-workers, to make sure you keep the team motivated (and make the co-workers keep eachother motivated)
They need to take care of good ventilation, an elevator for shoes and one to get customers upstairs (we have kids and ladies upstairs) so pregnant women and people in an wheelchair cant get upstairs. Or we have to help people carry a buggy upstairs, lots of extra energy
