What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pretty much everything. The culture here is garbage and it is carnivorous, at best. Remember folks, Culture eats Strategy for breakfast. It is pretty toxic right now with 17 year old software and no clear direction. Say hello to 50% attrition by Spring '18
What needs to change to make the company culture better?I feel like if you say 100% of the company needs to change in order to make the culture better, that it is a red herring. In this case it is not. It is every man for himself here from the top down so the term morally bankrupt from Glassdoor is 100% accurate
