Forma has numerous perk programs to help support the modern, remote employee. My favorite program is the BeWell program. It pushes me to explore new ways to stay fit and active. I've started meditating and practicing yoga because of it.

How robust it is! From monetary compensation to intangible benefits such as limited PTO to stocks, it is quite well rounded.
