Forma has numerous perk programs to help support the modern, remote employee. My favorite program is the BeWell program. It pushes me to explore new ways to stay fit and active. I've started meditating and practicing yoga because of it.

We have considerably great benefits compared to other companies.

The unlimited PTO and our monthly stipends really make a big difference! I feel like I can take care of myself in all the ways I need to.

How robust it is! From monetary compensation to intangible benefits such as limited PTO to stocks, it is quite well rounded.

The best part of my compensation was the unlimited vacation before this changed. I would now have to say that the best of the compensation package is the monthly stipends and reward bonuses.
