I like the transparency of the leadership team. They are consistently communicating updates with the organization to ensure we are all on the same page.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was able to have many of my questions answered by the recruiter during the initial screening interview so I could decide if I wanted to move forward with the process.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The company provides monthly wellness dollars that I can spend on health and wellness activities of my choosing. Management also started providing "Recharge Days" to give the team time away from work, outside of traditional holidays, to take care of ourselves and embody work/life balance.
