It's a fast-growing company with a lot of potential and great benefits. But it's hard to achieve a work-life balance. It's normal to have late night meetings for employees who are based outside of the US. I saw my colleagues working late in other time zones all the time.

The company provides monthly wellness dollars that I can spend on health and wellness activities of my choosing. Management also started providing "Recharge Days" to give the team time away from work, outside of traditional holidays, to take care of ourselves and embody work/life balance.
