What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate that they listen and consistently look to improve processes or ways we roll things out! As we grow quickly, this can be really hard. Listening is the key!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've never worked someplace where a core value is no ego. We truly want to focus on the work and how we can improve together. It has just been a delight!
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all nice people who truly own their work. I never have to worry when I go on vacation that something won't get done, which fosters such a trusting and wonderful environment that we strive to keep.
