What does the leadership team need to get better at?

There is none. Top mgt doesn't communicate unless it's something trivial thing about frig or breaks. Otherwise theres no proof they exist.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

We are losing all big customers. We bleed money on waste but never have any for needed items. If mgt ever looked/lcared it's change 1 day.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Bc of cutbacks we lost entire dev team less one person. No contractors . Pay Was great, but at 60 hrs a week it's a huge cut.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

All our devs quit bc of death marches. We're stuck in the 90s (still have major apps in ASP. Green screen keeps us afloat. Morale is dead.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

They pretend things matter so we do. No one cares, no work is done. As long as there's no change all is good. Fix at your own peril.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I'm a niche department so we get paid very well, but I am very pleased with my compensation and I have yet to hear anyone say anything but positives about theirs. A drive through the parking lot gives you a pretty good feel for how things are.

What are some of the best things about your team?

A lot is not just corporate culture but the Latin influence and true diversity, but I've never had a warmer welcome than when I came on here. I was immediately invited to go to lunches with the team, invited to events etc. Royal practices "radical inclusion" and it's not just a buzzphrase.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership is really great here. B/c the company has ships, shore, tech and the whole travel side in different areas. Execs make it clear we need to be 100% devoted to customers to succeed and the company must be 100% devoted to its people for them to be able to show that devotion to customers
