I like the personality testing. Trying to find the right fit for a job, so everyone is happy.

My teammates have positive attitudes. I love being able to joke around at work, but also get the job done.

I like that I'm heard. The CEO is not afraid to make changes to support new ideas or make things better for employees.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Most people here have a can do mentality. They come together and make things happen whether it's in the office or volunteering after hours.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like that goals are clear. The people are great. The offices are modern and nice. It's a great culture and environment.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team fosters an entrepreneurial environment, where innovation is recognized and encouraged. With an open door policy, leaders are accessible. It's not unusual for the CEO to personally thank someone for outstanding work.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Making sure all of the leadership team follow the example set by CEO. In some departments the leaders are great at developing their team and providing opportunity, in other departments the leaders aren't not as good.
