What did you like most about the interview process?
Forter puts candidates through a bit of a gauntlet ... there are multiple rounds and also (usually) a project component. It gives candidates a chance to meet a LOT of potential teammates and to get a clear sense for communication and work styles. It's symbolic of how seriously we take our culture.
It was straight forward and you never had to guess how you were doing.
