Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Generally speaking, the store manager was very rude for no apparent reason. I would always show up on time, only called in sick once in my whole year of work, and was consistently in the middle of sales associates in terms of sales, yet never got hours alongside others she simply didn't like.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?Put simply, the customers definitely started noticing the tendencies of our store management. No one wants to walk into a store and see a manager raising her voice at her teenage employees.
