What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?To be honest, small town vibes. A general concern for the people around.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Involvement that makes you feel like if the company is doing good I might also do good on my end of year bonus. Sometimes however it is not reflected that way. But there have been difficulties that have to be taken in consideration when it comes to our previous yearly overall work to cost ratio.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Accountability for how their actions affect overall production to cost ratio, real time charts that are easily accessible, and public, that can be taken into consideration on a daily basis.
