    To be honest, small town vibes. A general concern for the people around.

    Involvement that makes you feel like if the company is doing good I might also do good on my end of year bonus. Sometimes however it is not reflected that way. But there have been difficulties that have to be taken in consideration when it comes to our previous yearly overall work to cost ratio.
