I get paid well, but I worked hard to get to that level. Raises are bad. PTO is great, insurance is ok.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that my boss has done my job and understands how it works.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Corporate never gives a plan enough time to show success, that change things constantly and aren't even prepared when the change "rolls out"
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the home therapy team is positive and supportive. It is this way in my are, but not that way in other areas
