They were very down to earth, and working with a headhunter made it very smooth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get pushed to produce things faster than any of us are capable of doing with the little team that we have. Its not by our managers, its by the people outside of the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Finding doctors who are actually in network is nearly impossible. So you end up paying the premiums for the outside doctors on top of the insurance. Maternity leave so be a minimum of 12 weeks.
