Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Being able to do my job. Not having crew call ac instead of gm.

Havent recived raises been there almost two years have to constaly go behind everyone its old frichis needs help

Very underpaid, no meal tickets, the air is out in the back of the building, the gm and district manger is self entitled feeling.

I was told my pay was going be fixed 2 months ago and still have not got my pay fixed. It's pushing me out the door when I have to beg for my money that not right

Better benefit package offered by company to provide a better sense of value for the work we do.

I was trained as manager, yet never even got my promised raise. Zero benefits. Over worked, understaffed.

No respect for established people who have years of experience
