More structure. More professionalism in the workplace. And quit starting trouble and sleeping with employees

Controlling the attitudes. Stopping the bad attitudes before they get started.Because the attitudes trickle down the ladder of employees,then, everybody is in a bad mood.Treat each employee equally most of all but also give out equal disciplines especially when both participants were in same trouble

Focus on empowering front line staff to address customer needs effectively to ensure quality experiences of the consumer each and every time.

Middle management was awful. There was no clear chain of command. No communication between the two.
