More structure. More professionalism in the workplace. And quit starting trouble and sleeping with employees
Controlling the attitudes. Stopping the bad attitudes before they get started.Because the attitudes trickle down the ladder of employees,then, everybody is in a bad mood.Treat each employee equally most of all but also give out equal disciplines especially when both participants were in same trouble

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Being able to do my job. Not having crew call ac instead of gm.
Havent recived raises been there almost two years have to constaly go behind everyone its old frichis needs help
Very underpaid, no meal tickets, the air is out in the back of the building, the gm and district manger is self entitled feeling.
I was told my pay was going be fixed 2 months ago and still have not got my pay fixed. It's pushing me out the door when I have to beg for my money that not right
Better benefit package offered by company to provide a better sense of value for the work we do.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are nice and some are good workers
When they do work as team team, and when the feelings are checked out at the door, when there’s no bias

The sense of teamwork that ensures work gets done to meet consumer needs.
We work together, and bring out each others strengths, nearly diminishing any weaknesses. We communicate effectively. Push each other to accomplish more.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Team building skills and better management
Call gm and include in decisions.
Not selling or smoking weed or any drugs on the property, being on time, being nasty and mean to each other, do there work fully not make others do it cause there lazy

It's a income till something else comes along since my pay has never been fixed

Customers love coming to Frisch's but they voice concern with the breakfast bar not staying stock until appropriate time

Lack of communication and manager attitude
New gm and district manger who cares about the team and not labor like they are
