I do like my job and I love most of my fellow employees but we need to cut out all the unfairness and negativity

Hiring quality employees and treating them better so they want to come to work
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
You can't allow one employee to be negative and constantly complain because a bad attitude can be contagious
