Stopping the bad attitudes before they get started.Because the attitudes trickle down the ladder of employees,then, everybody is in a bad mood.Treat each employee equally most of all but also give out equal disciplines especially when both participants were in same trouble

Havent recived raises been there almost two years have to constaly go behind everyone its old frichis needs help

Very underpaid, no meal tickets, the air is out in the back of the building, the gm and district manger is self entitled feeling.

I was told my pay was going be fixed 2 months ago and still have not got my pay fixed. It's pushing me out the door when I have to beg for my money that not right
