Attentiveness, responsiveness, availability, communitive, listening.
There is nothing in particular.
I've found all of my direct supervisors to be supportive and responsive to any questions/concerns that I've had.
They listen to my concerns
Leadership team trusts us to build meaningful relationships with agency clients and allows us to do so without interference; I have had contract jobs in the past where the contract company was "helicoptering" contract staff and micromanaging relations w/ agency clients to mutual detriment.

Insurance is a nice deal.
I'm very happy with the pay that I receive.
Retirement matching from FSA makes me feel more secure about my future
Regular raises or bonuses based on performance, a cost-of-living adjustment, and a better 401(k) match program.
An increase in my salary
I am paid less than most if not all of my male counterparts. Additionally, I am outperforming all of my colleagues and performing quality checks on all of their work due to continuous errors on their final work product. Fair compensation for the work I am performing would make me feel valued.
There's no COLA, much less merit increase, despite 4-5-star reviews, and the 401(k) match is practically non-existent.
We have solid communication and clear focus of our responsibilities.
There is nothing particularly great about my team.
Everyone seems to get along fine.
We all work well to
Communicative, helpful, friendly, invested in the success of all agencies. Very reliable with questions.
The Supervisory Paralegal in Atlanta GA of the U.S. Attorney's Office is unprofessional, lacks asset forfeiture knowledge, creates low moral within the asset forfeiture section, definitely not a team leader, and doesn't follow directions from the customer or team members.
My co-workers need to improve their work product. Adequate training and attention to detail could potentially improve their work. However, my team has had various meetings to address the errors and they continue despite efforts to mitigate them.
Actually being motivated to do their job or simply just doing their job and not relying on others to do their job for them. In addition, actively participating in LEARNING the job rather than complaining or expecting their co-workers to do everything.
My job is interesting and challenging.
I really like my manager.
Working with the customer and different federal law enforcement agencies.
They seem to be very supportive.
The people that work here
Please hire better quality people or just be more selective in the hiring and training of people.

The challenges and variety of work.
Getting to interact with my co-workers.
Love the people I work with and the culture of the office
I enjoy what I do and my passion is in federal law enforcement
I'm interested in the type of work that I do.
My compensation plays the biggest role in my happiness at the work place. Second comes from my peers and the quality of work we are putting forward as a team. I have lost faith in most members of my team after seeing their work product and their continuation of necessary errors.
Too much work and no one wanting to do anything/expecting others to do their work for them while they sit back and receive credit.
