Everyone is very helpful. I learn best by following a guide until I learn it, but knowledge here is often hard to find. I am often lonely at work. WFH is frowned upon, while commuting is very expensive, no parking available, no free commuter benefits.

When I started, I was entering a field in which I had no experience, but with the help of my colleagues and others I have become very proficient. I feel that I do my job well and provide good value to our customer.

Coworkers at FSA are awesome, very nice and smart. FTE with USPIS are mostly grumpy, disconnected, uncaring or dont connect with contracters.

I have had a very positive experience. My team is a great team with hardworking employees and very understanding and fair leadership.

Overall experience at the company has been great. Getting the opportunity to learn something new and moving to working independently on the tasks.

They make it clear that they are in your corner and are not afraid to back you up or push back when something isn't right.

They always seem cognizant of the needs of theirs employees while meeting the requirements of our customers

The pay is a big part because I feel that I am compensated well for what I do. I also like training and education reimbursement, including certifications.

I believe that the company should increase their loyal employees their salary every couple of years regardless of increase of living expenses or location, etc. I believe that increase in salary and vacation time would give an incentive for loyal employees to stay for many more years.

Obtain Regular training offers. Additional Development courses to challenge and add to current skills.

Everyone is professional and competent. They are willing to help guide others who may have less experience or need help. Everyone is willing to help.

Many of us have been in our positions for a long time and are therefore skilled and experienced. Team members are also quick to assist fellow staff as needed.

They know everything and are willing to help anytime.

The team communicates with each other and are willing to help if there is a task that might be complicated or confusing. The team gets together for team building activities and to just have fun while getting to know each other!

Respect, Give everyone a chance to speak up, no matter your position. Everyone is important and supports the team effort.

They cultivate and promote continued learning, which is essential.

All my interactions with Corporate have been positive. To put it metaphorically, they seem to concentrate more on the carrots than the sticks.

The positive reinforcement when I make any mistakes or don't understand an assigned task. It allows me to be confidence when they assigned a project/task to me because I really like the idea of feeling that an specific project / task belongs to me. it gives reassurance that I am doing a good work

Very recently, a new coworker moved to my location. They WFH twice a week while I do not have the same opportunity, but they help with the extreme loneliness of this role.

Low stress days when I am able to complete more work than I receive. Making headway in a position that was and has been backlogged since my first day.

The satisfaction that comes from completing a task successfully and well. It's always a good feeling when you've made a positive difference in your workplace.

Building relationships with others can make the day better if you have to be in the office, but the chance to WFH, allows me to spend more time with family and getting more rest. A stressful and expensive commute to a place where I do not see anyone ALL DAY is nonsense. My job can be done online.

what makes me happy is the knowledge and the particular feeling that I get when I do a good job. Working also makes me happy because I get to expend time starting a task and eventually will be completed and submitted. I also like it when my supervisor complements me for doing a good job.

I am making a difference. No matter how small the task may seem.
