The best part about our compensation package is the coverage we get. We're covered for dental, eye, and health insurance. We also get access to an FSA. Beyond that compensation, we get bonuses depending on how well the company performed as a whole.

The people are the best part of Fueled. Everyone here is willing to take the time to help you learn and grow. All team members are social in and out of the office and it really pulls me to come into the office every morning.

I love that we get the team together after office hours beyond the "holiday" events. Fueled takes company culture super seriously and are actively planning fun extracurriculars to get everyone involved and to grow relationships between one another.

The office perks are honestly great, we get your standard start-up package of cold brew on tap, snacks, seltzer machine, etc. However, the company also tries hard to set up events that will bring the team closer together inside and outside of work.

Everyone has a say. No matter what position you are, you have a voice and are encouraged to use it. The operations team really makes an effort to get the team together to bond outside of working hours which I really appreciate it. You can tell they really care about the health of the team.
