What did you like most about the interview process?
It allows the interviewee the opportunity to get a cross view of multiple individuals at our company and it allows us to really assess not just their skills but their match with our core values.
I liked the transparency and comfortability. The interviews were laid back, but gave me a true sense of what it's like to work here. They were also very transparent about culture and what to expect in the role day to day, as well as growth down the road.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think a great deal of consideration went into how the interview process is structured, and I do not have much to add that would impact positive change
