The leadership team provides full transparency to the team, and always has our best interest in mind. They're committed to enabling each team member to thrive, and continues to provide opportunities and encouragement for us to do so.
Including a diversity of ideas in decision making. Transparency. Delegation. Trust. Increased awareness of their unconscious and unintentional biases that hurt people and the business.
There's not much in the way of diversity at the executive level, though there are diverse leaders at other levels throughout the company
Transparency. They beat around the bush a lot or just surprise us with big changes. CEO is also constantly on vacation. He needs to be around more so we feel like he actually contributes.
