What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people. There are obviously challenges, but there is a fantastic support system when things do get challenging. Through hardships we look at what we can improve for next time and what we can learn from difficult situations.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More effort toward office culture. Execs seem to think that ping pong tables and beer is enough, but there needs to be more effort to get office people talking to each other.
