    I like that the executive leadership team has created a place full of people who share important core values.

    Highly intelligent and collaborative. Loyal. Supportive.
  • What is the best part about your compensation package?
    Unlimited PTO (though it should be available for everyone instead of only folks at a certain level) and solid health insurance package (the only thing our head of people services is good at)

    I think a great deal of consideration went into how the interview process is structured, and I do not have much to add that would impact positive change
