What do you like best about the leadership team?I like that the executive leadership team has created a place full of people who share important core values.
What are some of the best things about your team?Highly intelligent and collaborative. Loyal. Supportive.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Unlimited PTO (though it should be available for everyone instead of only folks at a certain level) and solid health insurance package (the only thing our head of people services is good at)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Including a diversity of ideas in decision making. Transparency. Delegation. Trust. Increased awareness of their unconscious and unintentional biases that hurt people and the business.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?There's not much in the way of diversity at the executive level, though there are diverse leaders at other levels throughout the company
What would you improve about your company's interview process?I think a great deal of consideration went into how the interview process is structured, and I do not have much to add that would impact positive change
