
The people, the impact I make on a day to day basis, the opportunity for growth and development, the way the organization values the impact I'm making - just to name a few things ;)
On the operations side, there is a lot of micro managing and refusal to try new things coming from upper management, so it's very stifling and contradicts what we tell our clients to do.
