What are some of the best things about your team?Team players, they all know the importance of executing their jobs to the highest standards and requirements.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Too early to comment. Been with the company for a few weeks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?They seems to work well with employees, doing the best they can to accomidate concers.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?We are a business partner for an airline, the airline management is very toxic and act like we are their enemies, although we work hand in hand. Airline management needs to change, although the station manager is amazing.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I've been denied any type of raise after 2 years of not receiving one. I just found out that there is no yearly increase or any type of way to know if we will get increases as supervisors. New supervisors in other areas get payed the same and do less, although I am happy for them, it is discouraging
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?The wages I feel are not competitive with market. 12.00x40 then x 2 =. Tips are not guaranteed. So after taxes and basic healthcare nothing left for Rent,Food,Fuel,Emergency. This is just my opinion.
Our primary focus is to ultimately limit air carrier expenses in challenging times. Accordingly, all legacy and many low cost air carriers are included in our overall client portfolio of approximately 100 customers
