401k matching is the only benefit I feel is lacking, all others are well above what I have had in the past.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their transparency & inclusion of all employees. They do not feel untouchable and are always willing to stop & listen. They really do live the culture we say we have.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to always help and wanting to go the extra mile. Since we are all remote I feel like it can be challenging to get to know people but our manager encourages us all to share personally and really overcome the geographical challenges.
