Vacation policy is great - unlimited time off and management encourages team members to utilize their vacation time.
Does Gainsight have any remote positions?
Yes. Can work remote and we have 4 sites globally

I think it would be hard to improve the culture at Gainsight. I love the 5 core values and see them lived out by both leadership and front line employees. With Gainsight's remote culture, there are some differences between the in office experience and the Everywhere experience. But I feel like Gainsight does a great job with remote employees.
What's the work from home policy like at Gainsight?
Gainsight is very flexible. As an “anywhere” employee, Nick (CEO) believes everyone should be able to work close to where they live. At the end of the day, the expectation is you do your job. It doesn’t matter where you are to do it.
