    I do a lot of work beyond the bounds of my role, which Gainsight considers to be quite valuable. It's frustrated not to be compensated for the extra contributions I make to the success of the company.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I would like us to have better benefits and perks. While our core health benefits are extraordinary, I like to see Gainsight invest in a 401k match and other wellness benefits like mental and physical health.
