Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I do a lot of work beyond the bounds of my role, which Gainsight considers to be quite valuable. It's frustrated not to be compensated for the extra contributions I make to the success of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like us to have better benefits and perks. While our core health benefits are extraordinary, I like to see Gainsight invest in a 401k match and other wellness benefits like mental and physical health.
