  • Generally preferred to have everyone come in when possible, but it's not a problem if you have to work from home from time to time to take care of things.

  • People work from home if they need to, as life is hectic, but generally speaking everyone is in the office most days. It's flexible with a preference for being present, but certainly not a hard and fast requirement.

  • Liberal and non-judgemental.

  • Very flexible. If you're open and transparent about when you have to be out, there is no problem.

  • Very flexible. One of our core values is to promote life outside of work and sometimes that means having to leave early to pick up your kid, other times it means working from home one morning to take care of something at home.

  • There is a standard, high-premium/high coverage plan, as well as an option for a High Deductible plan with an HSA. The premium for the HDHP is covered by the company--if you want the High Coverage plan you pay the difference in premium. The company also contributes directly to your HSA if you have one.

  • Several options available at different levels through ADP. BlueCross Blue Shield of NC and probably some others.

  • Very intelligent and experienced, but also willing to be open about mistakes they make as well. They feel very strongly in a no blame culture and making sure people take personal time (and don't feel informal pressure to work all the time), so they make sure they are held accountable and also take time for themselves.

  • Own a specific marketing domain, but have an understanding of the full funnel. I like to work with marketing swiss army knives - people who have actively cultivated a breadth of depth. Beyond any specific technical skill, be curious, be self-directed, and don't be shy about coming to the table with opinions.

  • Critical thinker, work well with others, not try to be the hero or know-it-all. There are lots of smart people and it's OK to admit you made a mistake or don't know something. Everyone else certainly will. Also - a positive attitude goes a long, long way. I've seen candidates with solid technical backgrounds bomb interviews because they were unenthusiastic or downright gloomy. You don't have to be outgoing, but you need to be able to be engaged.
