- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am the lowest paid employee on my team and I am a woman of color. I get paid less than the person I trained. I am not the only one this is happening to either. It is very frustrating to experience.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think for my position that I'm not market.
