What are some of the best things about your team?I work with some of the most competent and approachable people.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Focus on camaraderie and diversity (though the motivations behind seem to be self-serving)
What do you like best about your company? The product and the branding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I am the lowest paid employee on my team and I am a woman of color. I get paid less than the person I trained. I am not the only one this is happening to either. It is very frustrating to experience.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I think for my position that I'm not market.
