Health Insurance is pretty decent
Unlimited vacation. Flexible hours. Free food.
I came from a Nordic company so I was worried the benefits wouldnt compare. I've been pleasantly surprised!
family coverage is really great
The RSU's are a really nice bonus plus I have a guaranteed bonus after my first full year at Pendo, totally 15% of my current salary. I feel I am compensated fairly and competitively plus the work perks are such a nice "icing on the cake"!

It is a startup with all the same big company benefits.

Salary and offering stock options
That the people team constantly is reassessing and ensuring we are best in class or making the necessary changes.
The best part is that there are many different benefits. My most valued is free health insurance.
Review from Sales Dept
free healthcare, open PTO (and leadership that encourages you to actually use it)
Pay is fair and adjusted regularly based on industry standards. An excellent array of benefits options.
Getting stock in the company was a big deal for me. I want to be personally invested in this company.
Priced competitively with not just the companies that already exist in Raleigh, but also with the tech giants that have already made plans to come to RDU. Pendo additionally covers a multitude of quality-of-life services - gym memberships, WFH equipment, professional development courses, etc

I really can't point to a best part. If I had to point to an area that impressed me, I would have to point to the "pick your own benefit" they recently implemented with Twic since not everyone benefits from generic benefits such as child care.
The flexibility offered is amazing.
good starting salary and stocks

Great combination of salary, equity and benefits
Review from Engineering Dept
I think Pendo does a great job asking its employees what we need/want out of compensation and benefits. If we are looking for something that we don't have, they will look into it and try to make it happen.
I get a high salary and full covered health, dental, and vision. The 401k matching has some to be desired but my base compensation makes up for it
i think its market driven
Review from HR Dept
I am the lowest paid employee on my team and I am a woman of color. I get paid less than the person I trained. I am not the only one this is happening to either. It is very frustrating to experience.
I'm in Europe, I feel like the benefits could be better based on what I see at other similar sized companies here. I think this will change in time though. In regards to stock, again, compared to other companies sales staff I feel like Pendo's stock granted is low.
Review from Sales Dept
I think for my position that I'm not market.
401k match would be great
There is no pay transparency. When I've spoken to peers directly about compensation, I've consistently found that male peers are paid more. I would feel better about my compensation if I were being compensated fairly.
Review from Engineering Dept
I took a pay cut (as many Pendozers do) to come to Pendo with the promise that there would be room to grow. But we have no job scorecards, no paths for professional development, and raises outside of promotions can only happen once a year. There is no cost of living raise guaranteed, either.
would be ideal to have 401k matching
